Ragi Chocolate Cookies ( eggless)

Aata Ragi Choco Cookies Really in love with the shape of these! These are easy, tasty and catchy ...and ofcourse nutritionally dense. 

 

Yields1 Serving

Ingredients
 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  1/4 cup nachini or Ragi flour
 2 tbsp cocoa powder 85 grams butter
 Salted amul butter
 3 tbsp powdered sugar
 1/8 cup condensed milk homemade
 20 grams chocolate melted chopped nuts like almonds or cashews

Instructions:-
1. In a bowl, beat butter with sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Add condensed milk or milk to it and beat again.
3. In another bowl, add whole wheat flour and ragi , cocoa powder. Mix well.
4. Add this wheat ragi flour mix into creamed butter mixture gradually in small batches.
5. Beat or mix well after every addition.
6. Fill the batter in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle.
7. Pipe the cookie pattern on a parchment paper or baking sheet set on a baking tray.
8. Refer to the image attached. Refrigerate the tray for an hour.
9. Then bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
10. Remove from oven when brown from bottom. Let sit on the tray for 5 minutes.
11. Transfer on a wire rack for cooling completely.
12. Dip in Chocolate from one side.
